We can process refunds only for images and image related items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Suttonphotosports.com
Suttonphotosports.com will make refunds only under the following conditions:
- Shipment of an image/product different from what was ordered.
- Shipment of an image of a different size from what was ordered.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges of the original order.
Upon approval of a refund, customer will be required to return the original image/product (whether that product is a wrong image size or wrong image) unless otherwise determined by Suttonphotosports.com.
How do I request a Refund?
To request a refund one must follow the following two steps:
- First send an email to Suttonphotosports.com (at info@suttonphotosports.com), with the subject line: Refund request.
In the body of the email you must explain the problem, give us your name, address, phone number and email address. You must include your order/invoice number.
- You must also send the image/product back to us at the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned product and verification that Suttonphotosports.com indeed made an error in your order, a refund will be processed.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and process your return. Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of your returned product. Since all purchases made through Suttonphotosports.com are done as credit card transactions, refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
We will notify you of your refund via email once we’ve completed processing it.
We do not give cash refunds under any circumstances.
